Anjunadeep will release a second label compilation showcasing their distinct blend of progressive and electro house and deeper trance

February 4th, 2010 putraz

Anjunadeep:02 demonstrates why the imprint has become the master navigator of the murky waters that lie somewhere between house, techno and trance, winning fans such as Laurent Garnier, Dubfire, James Zabiela and Eric Prydz along the way. Both discs showcase a unique melodic style that is spacey, hypnotic and at times soulful, underlining the widescreen vision of label owners Above & Beyond.

Regular Anjuna producer Jaytech and label boss James Grant mix a disc each of Anjunadeep 02, and it features cracking new tracks from the likes of Jody Wisternoff (this week’s DT Podcast mixer), our New Talent faves Solarity, Gallery resident Martin Roth, the on-form Oliver Smith and many more. It’s a bit more of a trancey affair than its predecessor we think, and packs a hefty punch once again.
