“dirtybird” has been breaking new ground and dropping basslines since January 2005. This five year label birthday package is a celebration of one of America’s quirkiest imprints. It is a 3xcd package with over 50 tracks.
The Grammy-nominated artist has been producing tracks since 1998, with a number of records on Planet E, Poker Flat, Four:Twenty, and Cocoon. Crash Test will be Buttrich’s first release on Desolat, the record label he and Loco Dice founded in 2007. The album collects eleven previously unreleased tracks Buttrich recorded at his Hannover studio in the past fifteen months.
The release party for Crash Test will take place at the Time Warp festival in Mannheim, where Buttrich will be performing live.
